Updated: Oct 1, 2024

Do you have an interest outside of medicine that you enjoy and would like to spend more time immersed in it? One way to do this can be listening to a podcast during your commute or when you are just lounging outside in the sun. To maintain a good work-life balance it is essential to find ways to incorporate your interests and hobbies to your day. I found that listening to podcasts during my commute to and from work made the day brighter and helped to clear my mind.
